Included in every configuration

The controls required to operate confidently are part of Payzone, not optional upgrades. Every Payzone configuration includes pre-authorisation screening orchestration, maker–checker controls, an append-only ledger, a complete audit trail, role-based access, standard platform updates, and secure cloud hosting.

Third-party screening, verification, payment-network and external data-provider services are incorporated into the tailored proposal according to expected usage.

What you are billed for

You pay only for the activity you use.

Amounts are set in your proposal, because they depend on your corridors, volume and counterparties. What you are billed for does not depend on any of that, so it is published here.

Billable activity

  • Corridor position — daily, while a bilateral counterparty position remains open
  • Settlement statement — per acknowledged statement
  • Corporate screening — third-party screening cost, passed through with an agreed markup
  • Attributed payout — per completed, end-to-end attributed payout
  • Evidence pack — per evidence pack retrieved for an audit, examination or bank review

An invoice you can audit

Payzone never touches your fiat, so there is no float to earn on and no spread to hide a margin in. Billable activity is metered by the platform as it happens, into a hash-chained record, and the same event is never billed twice.

Your invoice is derived from that record, and every line points at the thing in the platform that gave rise to it.

The business case

We compute what it saved you.

Two licensees settling bilaterally have to move money for every obligation, in both directions, and strand liquidity at a correspondent to do it. Through an agreed position they move once, net.

The platform computes exactly that for any period: how many settlements you avoided, and how much liquidity stayed in your business instead of sitting at a bank. That figure is a query you can run yourself rather than a slide we present.
